Protected purchasing access for qualified professionals
Elite Security Equipment is the dealer-facing program operated alongside Elite Security Direct. Public customers see regular storefront pricing. Dealer pricing is private and is returned only after the server verifies that the signed-in account has an approved dealer application.
A dealer account is intended for legitimate security dealers, low-voltage contractors, integrators, installation professionals, and related businesses purchasing equipment for resale or project work. Applying does not guarantee approval or create purchasing authority before review.
What the application collects
- Legal business name and any DBA used for purchasing.
- Employer Identification Number (EIN).
- State of organization and business type.
- Business address, website, email, and purchasing contact information.
- Information needed to evaluate the business relationship and protect dealer pricing.
How the review works
Elite reviews complete dealer applications within 24 hours. Incomplete or unverifiable information can delay a decision. While an application is pending, the account remains unable to purchase through dealer access and does not receive private pricing.
If approved, the dealer signs in with the approved email account to see eligible dealer pricing and complete dealer purchases. Ordinary customer accounts remain available automatically for public-price purchases.
Equipment and project support
Approved dealers can use the same product finders, model pages, specification PDFs, compliance references, and system-planning tools available throughout the storefront. Cameras, recorders, mounts, networking equipment, access-control items, and active security accessories can be purchased as eligible products become available.
Product availability, dealer terms, freight arrangements, taxes, returns, warranties, and project-specific documentation remain subject to the applicable account terms and order details.
Apply using the business email you will purchase with
Begin the dealer application with the email address that should own the dealer relationship. The secure sign-in link returns the applicant to the dealer workflow. After approval, use that same account for protected dealer pricing and purchasing.
Frequently asked questions
How long does dealer approval take?
Elite reviews complete dealer applications within 24 hours. That is a review target, not a guarantee of approval; incomplete or unverifiable applications may take longer.
Can dealer pricing be seen without signing in?
No. Dealer pricing is protected and is shown only after the signed-in account is verified as an approved dealer.

Dealer purchasing remains locked while the application is pending. The applicant can use a separate ordinary customer account for public-price purchases if needed.
