Activation-code delivery

For purchased digital licenses, Elite emails the activation code to your order email address within 48 hours after payment. Digital fulfillment: no physical item is shipped; hardware is sold separately.

Use an email address you can access and check its spam folder. Contact Elite if a code has not arrived within 48 hours. An order receipt is not the activation code. Coming Soon previews cannot be purchased and do not carry a delivery promise.

One-time licenses and permanent upgrades

Luminys describes the listed LumiCenter licenses as a one-time license fee with no annual maintenance fee. They are not sold here as annual subscriptions. The manufacturer's separate four-year VMS maintenance period is not a four-year license-expiration term. LumiViewer capacity upgrades are explicitly permanent. One-time pricing does not promise lifetime support, updates or cloud service.

  • LCE-BASV: One-time software license fee · no annual maintenance fee. LumiCenter Basic video license for one camera channel. Each video channel requires its own license. Compatible server and camera hardware are required; system-capacity claims do not include additional channel licenses.
  • LCE-PLSV: One-time software license fee · no annual maintenance fee. LumiCenter Plus video license for one camera channel. Each video channel requires its own license. Compatible server and camera hardware are required; analytics add-ons are sold separately unless expressly included.
  • LCE-MAXV: One-time software license fee · no annual maintenance fee. LumiCenter Max video license for one camera channel, including AI Tracker capability. Each video channel requires its own license and compatible hardware. Do not purchase LCE-AIT again for a Max channel that already includes AI Tracker.
  • LCE-FR: One-time software license fee · no annual maintenance fee. Face Recognition add-on for one camera channel. Requires a LumiCenter Plus or Max base video license for the channel and compatible hardware.
  • LCE-FR10: One-time software license fee · no annual maintenance fee. Face Recognition add-on pack for ten camera channels. Requires a LumiCenter Plus or Max base video license for each of the ten channels and compatible hardware.
  • LCE-LPR: One-time software license fee · no annual maintenance fee. Real-time license plate recognition add-on for one camera channel. Requires a LumiCenter Plus or Max base video license for the channel and compatible hardware.
  • LCE-LPRS: One-time software license fee · no annual maintenance fee. License plate archive-search add-on for one camera channel. Requires a LumiCenter Plus or Max base video license for the channel and compatible hardware.
  • LCE-AIT: One-time software license fee · no annual maintenance fee. AI Tracker add-on for one camera channel. Requires compatible base VMS licensing and hardware. AI Tracker is already included in LumiCenter Max; contact Elite before ordering this add-on for an existing Max channel.
  • LCE-PPE: One-time software license fee · no annual maintenance fee. Personal protective equipment detection add-on for one camera channel. Requires a LumiCenter Plus or Max base video license for the channel and compatible hardware.
  • LVL-256: One-time permanent capacity upgrade. Permanently expands LumiViewer capacity from 128 to 256 video channels and from 8 to 16 doors; it does not add 256 extra channels. Requires compatible LumiViewer software and hardware. This is a capacity license, not a cloud subscription.
  • LVL-DOOR: One-time permanent door upgrade. Permanently adds one access-control door to LumiViewer capacity. Requires compatible LumiViewer software and access-control hardware. Platform capacity limits and any LVL-256 upgrade requirements still apply.

Expiring cloud subscriptions

The listed price purchases the stated prepaid term, not lifetime service. Cloud storage retention and license duration are different: a 30-, 60-, 90- or 180-day rolling recording window can be part of a one-year subscription.

  • LCL-HDV-UC: One-year prepaid subscription. LumiCloud Unity for one direct-to-cloud camera, including 30-day rolling AI-event storage. Archive storage is limited to 30 GB per admin end-user account with an active license. Requires a compatible LumiCloud direct-to-cloud camera (N5B-4LA2C, N5T-4LA2C or N5D-4LAVC), internet access and a LumiCloud account. No NVR is required. Continuous 24/7 cloud storage is a separate add-on.
  • LCL-HDV-U: One-year prepaid subscription. LumiCloud Unity for one camera/NVR channel, including 30-day rolling AI-event storage. Archive storage is limited to 30 GB per admin end-user account with an active license. Requires a supported Luminys NVR, compatible camera, internet access and a LumiCloud account. Confirm the NVR model against the manufacturer device list. Third-party-camera cloud support is limited to live view and playback.
  • LCL-30CLOUD-UC: One-year prepaid subscription. Continuous 24/7 cloud recording for one direct-to-cloud camera with 30-day rolling video retention. The retention window is not the subscription term. Requires a compatible LumiCloud direct-to-cloud camera and an active LCL-HDV-UC Unity entitlement. Both the Unity entitlement and storage add-on must remain active.
  • LCL-60CLOUD-UC: One-year prepaid subscription. Continuous 24/7 cloud recording for one direct-to-cloud camera with 60-day rolling video retention. The retention window is not the subscription term. Requires a compatible LumiCloud direct-to-cloud camera and an active LCL-HDV-UC Unity entitlement. Both the Unity entitlement and storage add-on must remain active.
  • LCL-90CLOUD-UC: One-year prepaid subscription. Continuous 24/7 cloud recording for one direct-to-cloud camera with 90-day rolling video retention. The retention window is not the subscription term. Requires a compatible LumiCloud direct-to-cloud camera and an active LCL-HDV-UC Unity entitlement. Both the Unity entitlement and storage add-on must remain active.
  • LCL-180CLOUD-UC: One-year prepaid subscription. Continuous 24/7 cloud recording for one direct-to-cloud camera with 180-day rolling video retention. The retention window is not the subscription term. Requires a compatible LumiCloud direct-to-cloud camera and an active LCL-HDV-UC Unity entitlement. Both the Unity entitlement and storage add-on must remain active.
  • LCL-ACD: One-year prepaid subscription. LumiCloud access-control license for one door. Requires a compatible Luminys web access controller, internet access and a LumiCloud account. License each door separately.
  • LCL-SW100: One-year prepaid subscription. LumiCloud management for up to 100 compatible switches, regardless of each switch's port count. Requires supported Luminys network switches, internet access and a LumiCloud account. Switches are not included.

Renewals, activation and expiry

Renewals are separate purchases: contact Elite to purchase the appropriate renewal. This storefront purchase does not set up automatic renewal billing.

The subscription term begins when you activate the license code, not when you purchase it or receive the email. The listed duration runs from activation. Contact Elite for help confirming an existing subscription's activation or expiry date.

Renewal pricing is quoted or displayed when you make the separate purchase; the original purchase does not lock in future prices. Luminys states that local camera/NVR video and storage remain accessible after a LumiCloud subscription expires and provides a 14-day grace period for access to cloud-hosted data. This is not a promise of continued cloud recording or recovery after the grace period. Arrange renewal before expiry if you need uninterrupted paid cloud features.

Cameras with an included cloud term

N5B-4LA2C, N5T-4LA2C and N5D-4LAVC are physical cameras that include one year of LumiCloud Unity. Continued paid Unity service requires a separately purchased LCL-HDV-UC renewal. The included cloud year is separate from the hardware warranty and is not lifetime cloud service. Confirm device activation requirements with Elite; the 48-hour delivery policy above applies to separately purchased digital licenses, not the physical camera shipment.

Requirements and manufacturer terms

A software purchase grants only the scope identified for that model. Additional camera channels, doors, devices, base VMS licenses, storage add-ons and hardware must be purchased separately unless expressly included. Confirm the exact device and base-license prerequisites before purchase. LumiCloud end users need a compatible device and account; dealer purchasing-program membership is not a retail customer requirement.

Current purchasable digital products link to the manufacturer product record and specification PDF. Coming Soon previews link to their available manufacturer information and cannot be purchased. Manufacturer license and activation terms apply to the software; contact Elite for help matching a license to your system.

Final-sale software purchases, cancellations and support

Software and digital-license purchases are final and nonrefundable, whether or not the activation code has been redeemed, except where a refund is required by law. Contact us for assistance with an incorrect, invalid, or undelivered activation code.

This applies to separately purchased software licenses, permanent upgrades, prepaid cloud subscriptions and renewal purchases. We do not offer voluntary cancellations for a refund or prorated refunds for unused subscription time. Confirm the model, device compatibility and license prerequisites before paying. The 30-day physical-product return policy does not apply to emailed license codes; a physical camera with an included cloud term remains subject to the physical-product policy.

If a code is incorrect, invalid or has not arrived within 48 hours after payment, contact info@elitesecurityinstallation.com or (740) 350-9058 with your order number. We will investigate and help deliver the correct working entitlement. Nothing here limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Do not send license codes, passwords or account credentials through public chat.

Software, subscriptions and cloud services are not covered by Elite's hardware warranty. A one-time license fee does not promise lifetime updates, support or cloud service. Applicable legal rights remain unchanged.

These terms apply prospectively from September 14, 2026. Earlier purchases retain the terms accepted at purchase. Contact Elite for your order-specific records.
