Software and digital-license purchases are final and nonrefundable, whether or not the activation code has been redeemed, except where a refund is required by law. Contact us for assistance with an incorrect, invalid, or undelivered activation code. For purchased digital licenses, Elite emails the activation code to your order email address within 48 hours after payment. Digital fulfillment: no physical item is shipped; hardware is sold separately. Software, subscriptions and cloud services are not covered by Elite's hardware warranty. A one-time license fee does not promise lifetime updates, support or cloud service. Applicable legal rights remain unchanged.
